Monday
Travel south to the hotel
Tuesday
Spend a morning sightseeing in the former capital city of Winchester. The cathedral has the longest medieval nave in Europe and the city offers rich pickings for visitors who love their history! This afternoon, explore the award-winning Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, with its magnificent collection of trees and shrubs from all over the world.
Wednesday
Sit back and enjoy the autumn colours during our morning drive through the New Forest and then soak up the sea air and savour the delights of Bournemouth.
Thursday
A day in Portsmouth where you’re free to choose how you spend your time. There’s discount shopping at Gunwharf Quays, fabulous views from the top of the Spinnaker Tower and a host of fascinating museums, including the D-Day Museum, the Historic Dockyard, a Charles Dickens Museum, Southsea Castle and more. We will provide an additional transfer between the hotel and the city at lunchtime for customers who would like to spend some time enjoying the hotel’s leisure facilities.
Friday
Our journey home includes a visit to the beautiful RHS garden at Wisley where you'll find their brand new Hilltop area. RHS Hilltop is The Home of Gardening Science and is here to protect the future of plants, people and planet. There are three purpose built laboratories that are designed so you can watch horticultural experiments being carried out and three new gardens designed by RHS Chelsea medal winners; The Wellbeing Garden, The World Food Garden and The Wildlife Garden.
