This afternoon, visit Coldharbour Mill – the site remains largely unchanged since Victorian times and has recently celebrated 225 years of trading! Relive the sights and sounds of the Industrial Revolution, see how wool is turned into yarn and fabrics, with the opportunity to purchase these locally made textiles in the shop.

Enjoy another relaxing morning amongst Sidmouth’s timeless charm, you’ll find some lovely local shops along Old Fore Street and Church Street. This afternoon, head to Burrow Farm Gardens which was crowned the Nation’s Favourite Public Garden in 2021. Take time to enjoy its idyllic countryside location and variety of planting styles, topped off with a traditional Devonshire cream tea from the delightful café.

Take in the fresh autumnal air during a relaxing morning cruise on the River Exe, sailing out of Exmouth Marina. This stretch of water is a wildlife haven where migrating birds often make for magnificent viewing this season.
