See the gardens and courtyards at Hampton Court Palace alive with colour, as thousands of tulips are expected to bloom for their annual Tulip Festival. The first Festival was held in spring 2021, it was declared a huge success and has been a firm customer favourite ever since. Special trials will guide you around the stunning floral displays, revealing the history of the tulips, believed to date back to Mary II (1662-1694). The Palace's expert gardening team will be on hand to provide tips and information to keen gardeners throughout the day.
Palace entry is included so take time to explore this magnificent Tudor Court. Walk in the footsteps of Henry VIII through the Haunted Gallery, see a sparkling recreation of his crown, transport yourself back to Tudor feasting in the Kitchens and much more!
We're due to arrive at 12:30 and depart at 16:45 giving you a full afternoon to soak up this colourful atmosphere. There will be a short comfort stop on the outward and return journey.
