Enjoy a two-hour afternoon cruise on the tidal Deben Estuary, a Special Protection Area that lies within the Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB. Listen to interesting commentary about the river’s rich wildlife and history whilst enjoying a scone with jam, butter and a cup of tea/coffee. You'll sail on the Jahan, an all weather, 38ft boat with toilet facilities on board. The cruise has proved very popular with our customers, "I had a lovely day out on the Suffolk lunch cruise. A one-course, choice lunch at the Coach and Horses in Melton is included before your cruise. This friendly town pub with low beamed ceilings and an open fireplace will draw you in with its welcoming atmosphere. Please choose from the following lunch options: Sausage and Mash; Hunters Chicken; Vegetarian Pasta; Scampi and Chips. Please let us know your menu choices and any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

We're due to arrive at the The Coach & Horses at midday in time for lunch. At 13:15 we'll transfer to Deben Cruises for our 14:00 sailing. We'll return to dock at 16:00 and head home shortly afterwards. There will be a short comfort stop on the outward journey.
