Explore coast and country on this nostalgic day out in Norfolk. Start and finish your day in the Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham where its award winning family beach is just a stone's throw from some great local fish and chip shops. This old fishing village has lovely scenic walks along the promenade to enjoy in summertime. Board a vintage engine on The Poppy Line, part of the North Norfolk Railway, to enjoy some lovely summer scenery through coast and country, all the way to the Georgian town of Holt. At Holt Station you'll find a model railway and beautifully preserved goods vehicles.
The coach is due to arrive in Sheringham at 12:00 with free time to enjoy this lovely seaside town before the train departs at 14:05 for your return journey to Holt, arriving back in Sheringham at 15:26. We'll head home at 17:15. The coach will set down and pick up in the Station Yard Car Park and there will be a 45 minute comfort stop at Dobbies Garden Centre in Kings Lynn on the outward journey. Please note that the coach won't pick up in Spalding on this tour.
