Time Horizon, one of Antony Gormley's most spectacular large-scale installations, will be shown at Houghton Hall this summer - the first time the work will be staged in the UK! 100 life-size cast-iron sculptures have been carefully distributed across 300 acres of the park, meticulously installed at the same datum level to create a single horizontal plane across the landscape. Dame Magdalene Odundo is one of the world's most revered ceramic artists, see her works in the Stone Hall this summer with the chance to witness a significant new commission conceived during Odundo's residency at the iconic Wedgwood factory in Stoke-on-Trent.

Built for Britain’s first Prime Minister, Sir Robert Walpole, in the 1720s, Houghton Hall is now home to the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley. You’ll find sumptuous furnishings inside this fine Palladian mansion whilst outside is an award-winning Walled Garden and extensive parkland, which is home to a herd of white fallow deer. You can also see the largest private collection of model soldiers in the world and wander through the extensive grounds, featuring an impressive permanent collection of contemporary sculptures.
