Don't miss another Great Day Out. Join our eNews to hear about our latest releases.
Start the day in Moreton-in-Marsh, where the weekly market offers wonderful local produce at what is said to be the most stunning market location in England. The wide High Street is lined with pretty 17th and 18th Century stone buildings that are full of history and perhaps stop for a drink at the White Hart Royal which sheltered King Charles I during the Civil War.
Then to Bourton-on-the-Water, known as the 'Venice of The Cotswolds' because of the attractive bridges that cross the River Windrush. Located in a small valley, amongst the gentle rolling hills, it's easy to see why it's regularly voted one of the prettiest villages in England. And of course, it's home to 'Brum', the nation's favourite childhood car. The scenery along the way is pretty special too.
We're due to arrive in Moreton at 12:15 and depart at 14:30, we'll then arrive in Bourton at 14:45 and depart at 17:00.
We're back in The Cotswolds later this year, book a summer visit on Tue 26 Jul.
