Travel again, travel safe, travel with us.
As always, a big thank you to our customers – and our staff – for your positivity and continued kind words of support. Thank you too, for all your bookings, it is wonderful to see that our UK holidays have been so popular and we're thrilled to see you booking ahead for Christmas 2022, particularly as we'll be celebrating our 100th anniversary this year.
We're excited to be back publishing our brochures (which we know you all love)! Our new combined Great Days Out and Door2Door Holiday brochure is out now - just ask us for a copy. We continue to update our website, our eNews and social media with new day trips and holidays, and we're busy behind the scenes planning lots more safe and enjoyable Great Days Out and Holidays for you to enjoy.
Following the latest government announcement we’ve made some changes to our COVID procedures and continue to think carefully about how we can keep you COVID-19 safe on our Great Days Out and Holidays, whilst also ensuring you have a great experience. As per the latest guidance relating to public transport, face coverings are no longer mandatory on our coaches, however we recommend that you continue to wear them in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with people that you do not normally meet with. We also recommend that you wear a face covering when alighting and disembarking the coach, as well as when sitting next to someone that is not part of your family or social circle.
Please be aware that visitor attractions and destinations may set their own rules in relation to face coverings and COVID passes. It is your responsibility to check the destinations rules and adhere to government guidance but please contact us if you are unsure.
Click on the COVID STANDARDS links on this page to find out more about the COVID guidelines that we've put in place. Please also take a look at point 22 of our holiday booking conditions for more information about our COVID-19 liability limitations.
The office remains open 09:30 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:00, if we don’t pick up please leave a message and we’ll get back to you very soon.
Once again, thank you for your support not just during these strange times but throughout our 100 year history!
Jane, Richard, Chris and all the team.
